RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person designated by you other than the carrier, receives the product. If products from one order are delivered separately, the period begins when the final product is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of delivery at kate.karska@gmail.com and clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After notifying us, you must return the product within 14 days. Please contact us before sending anything back so that we can provide the correct return instructions.

Products returned without first contacting us may not be processed correctly.

CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

You may inspect and try on a product in the same way you reasonably would in a physical shop.

Returned products should be unworn beyond trying them on, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging where reasonably possible.

You may be responsible for any reduction in the product’s value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If you withdraw from a purchase because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product.

If the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, LALAYAGA will cover the reasonable return or replacement costs.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order after delivery and contact us as soon as possible if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description.

Email us at kate.karska@gmail.com and include:

• your order number;
• a description of the problem; and
• clear photographs of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Depending on the circumstances, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made according to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you, for example products featuring a name, photograph or custom text provided by you.

A standard LALAYAGA product being printed only after an order is placed does not by itself make it a personalised product and does not remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

This exception does not apply when a personalised product is damaged, defective, incorrect or does not conform to the purchase agreement.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order.

REFUNDS

After a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received for the returned product. Where shipping was charged, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the order, as required by law.

The refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or you provide evidence that it has been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
